At NextGen Growth System, we provide custom marketing, lead generation, and business growth services tailored specifically to each client. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all purchases are subject to the following refund policy.

Clients may request a full refund prior to the scheduled onboarding session and before any work has begun.

Any third-party expenses incurred on the client's behalf, including but not limited to domain registrations, advertising charges, software subscriptions, premium graphics, or other purchased resources, are non-refundable.

All sales are final once work has commenced.

Work is considered to have begun upon the first occurrence of any of the following:

• Onboarding consultation 
• Strategy session 
• Screen-sharing session 
• Account access being granted 
• Campaign planning 
• Audience research 
• Ad creation 
• Lead form creation 
• Graphic design work 
• Landing page development 
• Technical setup 
• Training or consulting services 
• Any customization performed specifically for the client 

Because our services involve immediate labor, strategy development, and custom implementation, refunds will not be issued after work has begun.

Advertising costs are paid directly by the client to advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, or other advertising providers.

Advertising charges are not collected by NextGen Growth System and are not eligible for refunds through NextGen Growth System.

Questions regarding advertising charges must be directed to the applicable advertising platform.

The services provided by NextGen Growth System are digital, consulting, and implementation-based services.

Because these services are custom-built and delivered specifically for each client, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once work has begun.

NextGen Growth System does not guarantee:

• Appointments 
• Sales 
• Commissions 
• Revenue 
• Business growth outcomes 

Marketing performance depends on numerous factors outside our control, including:

• Industry conditions 
• Market competition 
• Advertising budget 
• Geographic location 
• Offer quality 
• Sales process 
• Follow-up speed 
• Closing ability 

While we implement proven marketing systems and strategies, individual results will vary.

Clients agree to contact NextGen Growth System directly regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

By purchasing our services, clients acknowledge that they are purchasing custom professional services that begin upon onboarding and are subject to this refund policy.
